Landed in the concerte jungle twenty-four hours ago, and as far as my memory goes i always knew i had to go back.
And as soon as i had confirmed on my ticket to Singapore 🇸🇬
The first go to; on my list as a mother was to the Jurong Bird Park!
And as soon as i asked my folks; they were happy to club in.Mind you, this was a strictly girl gang inclusive of me, my mom, my aunt(going to refer her as mashi) and two girls that are my young and extremely sweet cousin sisters who are ninteen and thirteen.
And obivously my son who was the reason behind the whole visit to the park.Since 🇸🇬 is such a tourist friendly country.
The travel was easy and since my family has been living in S’pore for the pasted 3 years now,
They are more than well versed with all the pros.
A country like S’pore doesn’t have cons if you know what i mean.
We took a train from Queensway and the train station was barely a minute away from the amazing condo we were living at.
After a few stations and a small bus transit we were at the destination which was i suppose 45 minutes away.
But to be real honest with you, with the company i had, it barely were moments away.
The yays, the woohs, and the haas as we reached were beyond joyous.
And all the smiles that poured across our faces were heartfelt.
And midst all the big smiles, their was a very tiny squeak PEAAGUWINNS mama
And the moment i knew i had accomplished something for being a mother of
a two year old who was seeing the penguins for the very first time.
And it was one of the few first words that he was actually blurting out.
We took the tram ride which was a 5 Sing dollar extra of the 30$ we paid for the entry each person!
The tram was the best offer made because my son doesn’t use a stroller and walking with a baby is never easy!
We took too many tram rides inclusive of the small amount we had paid and it was so much of a blessing to just hop on and off at the stations.
The weather was typically hot but not sunny and we were blessed with a few breezes.
Since we had a baby with us we expected him to enjoy more but not so sorry that we were no less than babies ourselves. We sisters bonded so well among the beautiful birds and could literally fly if we had wings.
Happy girls are the prettiest they say for a reason!
And when the girls are sisters, they are an exclusive bomb. A must visit, each and every time you go to Singapore! I totally vote for it as a mother, as a girl who is never going to be old enough to have fun!
