I've had enough of my share of encounters with designers. Or I should say the wanna be ones. I aren't against but I'd like to reserve these names for the people who have really walked the hard road. Taken years and then fitted their way into becoming a Designer.
"Making a copy doesn't bring you fame it brings you a shame."
I agree in not paying a bomb of money for something that is available in a less ranger and gives you the right value. But I don't believe in being cheated with a dress being called the so called designer wear. Worn by many hostesses and then sold to me as a one design and one piece art!
And to be honest I have seen a few big people who do the same.
Is that fair?
To sell something in a price that would pretty much feed a household. And that is not only yours. It was worn by many and then it's just kind of a Uttaran(Typical Indian woman talking) here.
I would rather prefer buying a material putting some of my mind to work. Make something that is in real a single piece. Then buying 2k to 5k so called designer dress.
It's happening too much on the scenes right now and I really judge this situation in depth.
